The hotel staff here are the friendliest we've met in our travels. They are eager to help, great to talk to, and have friendly personalities. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The cleanliness of the hotel room was excellent and the items provided were good price value i.e towels, shampoo, etc. The food in the restaurant was well cooked and tasty - but see below.

This was a good hotel with nice spacious rooms. there are 2 parts. One is old the other is new. We were in the old part. The rooms were in need of a little tlc but nothing too bad. Everything worked. The staff were excellent, Very professional. I booked a room on the ground floor near the car park and after explaining to the staff I was given what I had specified in my booking. I've read people's reviews concerning the breakfast area. I found there to be no problems there. The breakfast was good and seating was no problem. Good hotel. Nearly halfway between the airport and the city centre. Shuttle service comes in very handy.

The staff was very cooperative and courteous. They were attentive to my needs and very helpful. Price and location were significant factors in my choice of this hotel.

The front desk staff was very helpful in providing us with direction on how to get around the city. The staff at the breakfast service was very friendly.

Liked the value and convenience for a last minute booking. The pool was nice, and hot tub was the perfect temperature. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and down to earth. The room was nice and clean.

We were very comfortable. It was a Saturday night and yet we were not at all crowded. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves for over an hour on Saturday evening. The breakfast was quite plentiful for a continental breakfast...good variety. Free parking is always nice.

Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also was pleased with the hotel manger and how he was around to greet us. We were thinking about going back to Toronto this summer and we will choose this hotel again. If you want a big clean room, wireless internet, and a friendly staff you have to choose Days INN. The money is worth paying and you are close to many malls and downtown.

This hotel offers excellent value , nothing over the top or fancy but just overall good value. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff are knowledgeable & helpful and location close to the highways and airport convenient. The onsite restaurant and lounge were also handy in inclement weather conditions.

We stayed here overnight , and parked for free for two weeks. In the midst of a major snow storm , the hotel staff showed a great deal of professionalism and enthusiasm in helping many stranded and delayed airport passengers. The rooms are comfortable , affordable and clean.

I have stayed there 2X this fall, once with a group for business and once for personal. Both visits were Very Good. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is doing constant renovations. It is 10 mins to downtown. Plenty of Free Parking, Breakfasts were good especially Hot Breakfast, Continental so-so. They will treat you well.

The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was a "non-smoking" room. The front desk was very happy to give us another room. The second room was very clean and smelled great. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The pool was great. We would stay there again.

We would stay here and recommend this hotel. Clean and comfortable . Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Great choice for park , stay and fly ...close to airport and free parking with overnight stay .

My girlfriend and I were very impressed by the hotel. We stayed from Dec. 13 - Dec. 16. The staff were very polite and professional, from the front desk to housekeeping. The room was large and clean as was the rest of the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was they charge for local calls from your room. Also they do need more lighting in the parking area. Half the lights weren't working. I would still recommend this hotel. PS.. I proposed to my girlfriend and she said YES! I may likely return...maybe for our honeymoon.

We stayed for 7 nights in August, I thought it was very nice and would stay again, the hotel had two restaurants one was for breakfast and lunch and the other was for dinner and the prices weren't bad, It had a nice swimming pool and parking was free, It was about 10 miles to the attractions in downtown Toronto and Canada's Wonderland, we had two queen size beds which we paid extra for and the room was nice and spacious, plenty of room for the four of us.
